  • Submit non-refundable upfront fee

  • Connect us to title where we verify deal and align on disbursement

  • Get your deal funded

Double Closing Request

  • Submit your request with all information

  • Wait for request to be approved by our team

  • Have title reach out when the A-B HUD is ready

  • We will send a payoff to title for the B-C HUD

  • Both parties approve the final HUD

  • We fund as soon as the B-C funds are sent in

Stack Method Request

(Seller Carryback)

  • Submit your request with all information

  • Wait for request to be approved by our team

  • Onboard with our Team and Communicate in Slack

  • Have title sign our irrevocable instructions

  • We fund as soon as the lender funds are sent in

  • Seller Carry docs created and funds are disbursed

Funding Type

Earnest Money - We will fund your earnest money deposit with the proper protection. This is only for the refundable deposit on your contract.


Double Closing - There are 2 separate contracts and you are the wholesaler. You are simultaneously buying the property and re-selling it to an end buyer.


Stack Method - You are the end buyer for the deal, and are having the seller carry back your down-payment in 2nd position.
