How this works:

1. Fill out the form below.

2. Sign the Referral Agreement emailed to you.

3. Log into your personal Partner Dashboard to get your personal referral link and start referring people who need funds for earnest money deposits, double closings, or seller carrybacks.

4. Once a deal is submitted, you can track it along with all of your referrals and ongoing deals inside the Partner Dashboard.

5. Nothing else is required from you...

6. At closing, 50% of our share of the profit goes to you, no matter how large the deal is.

7. Also...every single time any of your referrals do future business with us, you are notified and paid.
